COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERALCommissions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.If you need your commission by a specific date, please let me know through DM or email. I will let you know whether I can accommodate your requested deadline.Rushed commissions have an additional $15 / ₱450 fee.Please prepare your references and a list of ideas you would like included in your commission before ordering. If you're having trouble deciding on a concept, I'm happy to brainstorm with you!References are a MUST. Please provide at least 2–3 clear references along with a full description of what you would like.I will only draw in my own art style. Please refer to my sample works before commissioning. I cannot imitate or replicate another artist's art style.Each commission includes a license for personal and commercial use. If you would like to use the artwork for merchandise, the commission price will be doubled to include merchandise licensing.The usual turnaround time is 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission and my current schedule. This timeframe may change due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, changes with the request/s or specific project/requests/commission agreements.Tips are always appreciated! <3REVISIONSTHREE (3) revisions are included with every commission.Any revisions beyond the included three will have an additional $5 fee.Major changes should preferably be requested during the sketch stage to avoid unnecessary delays or additional work.DEADLINES & DELIVERYI will always make an effort to complete your commission as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that I am a real person with a family, friends, career, and my own health and well-being to consider. I do not work every moment of the day, and I kindly ask for your patience and understanding.If I have other commissions ahead of yours, I will let you know and provide an estimate of when I expect to begin your commission.I will provide updates as your commission moves up the queue and when I am ready to begin working on it.I will send updates on my own initiative. However, if you have not heard from me in a while and would like an update, you are always welcome to contact me.I will respond to messages within 24 hours, unless I have personally informed you otherwise.Please do not spam me with repeated requests for updates. Kindly respect the timeframes and updates I have provided.RUSH ORDERSRush orders require an additional $15 / ₱450 fee.Rush orders will NOT be accepted unless I am given at least 10 business days (excluding holidays) to complete them.I can only accept a maximum of two (2) rush orders at a time.Tipping or donating does not automatically qualify an order as a rush order. Rush orders must be discussed and agreed upon with me before work begins.I do not accept commissions with an extremely strict or guaranteed deadline. You may provide your desired deadline, and I will do my best to accommodate it.Any commission that requires me to complete the work in less than 3 weeks will be treated and invoiced as a Rush Order.OFF-SEASON COMMISSIONSYou may still inquire about commissioning me while my commissions are closed. If I choose to accept an off-season commission, an additional fee may apply.Off-season commissions will be handled under the same conditions as Rush Orders, including the applicable additional fee and turnaround requirements.USE & LICENSINGEvery commission includes a license for personal and commercial use.If you would like to use the artwork for merchandise, the commission price will be doubled to include merchandise licensing.You are free to share your commissioned artwork on websites and social media platforms, provided that proper credit is given.Do not remove or crop out the artist's watermark.The commissioned artwork may not be used for purposes outside the agreed-upon license without my permission.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSThe artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist.Without my permission, you may not alter, edit, trace, recolor, redraw, or otherwise modify the commissioned artwork.I reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any time if necessary.I retain the right to post the commissioned artwork online, on social media, and in my portfolio for promotional and portfolio purposes.If you have any privacy concerns regarding the posting of your commission, please discuss this with me before commissioning.REFUNDSNO REFUNDS AFTER WORK BEGINS
NO REFUNDS will be given once I have started working on your commission.Please do not commission me if you believe you may need the funds back for any reason.Refund requests may only be made before I begin working on the commission and must have a valid reason.Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.COMMUNICATIONPlease provide your references, character information, and list of ideas when placing your commission.References are a MUST. Please provide at least 2–3 clear references and a full description of what you would like.If you are unsure about your concept or are having trouble deciding what you want, you are welcome to ask me for help. I will be happy to brainstorm ideas with you!Please communicate your requests and revisions clearly and kindly.I will do my best to answer messages within 24 hours, unless I have informed you otherwise.Please avoid sending repeated messages or spamming for updates.
